a). We reserve that due to reasons beyond our control (lack of goods from suppliers, etc.), we can fulfill the order partially. If there are problems with the execution of the order, the shop will inform the buyer within 7 days.
b). The User agrees to receive information from the Online Store necessary to complete the order to the e-mail address provided by him.
c). The user may request the deletion of his personal data from the SzpanFishing database by sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
d). The store applies the European Code of Conduct in Electronic Commerce.
e). It is not possible to collect the ordered goods in person.
f). In the event of a drastic breach by the customer of the terms of the regulations, SzpanFishing has the right to delete the customer's profile from the store's database.
Possible methods of placing an order, changes to the order
a). Order via the SzpanFishing online store (after prior registration and logging in each time or as a guest)
Changes in the order, ordering the goods to the existing order
At the request of a retail customer, sent by e-mail, we can make changes to the order up to a maximum of 1 day from its submission - of course, if the order has not already been packed or shipped by us.
In this case, the changes may concern:
- adding a new product
- resignation from the selected product
We require the product index for any changes.
The possibility of changing the order does not apply to orders concluded with business entities, which are treated as final without the possibility of their subsequent modification.
Orders are processed according to the order of receipt of the order and the date of its submission.
If another order (s) is sent to the pending order with a request to merge, in which case the combined orders will be processed according to the date of receipt of the last of them.
Products ordered separately after two days from placing the first order will be treated as a separate order with the added cost of shipping.
b). Adding a product to the cart
Adding a product to the basket does not mean the reservation of this product, it is only a temporary storage until the order is completed.
In the event of a change in the price of the product, the price in the basket will change, the same if the product is removed from the offer, it will be automatically removed from the basket.
a). Products with a promotional price are available only to registered and logged in customers.
Orders for products covered by a promotional price are processed only when an order is placed through the store's system. It is not possible to complete such an order by phone or by regular e-mail.
The promotion is valid while stocks last or the designated date.
b). During sales, we do not guarantee a quantity greater than one item of the ordered goods.
a). Available forms:
- Prepayment to the account (after our individual confirmation) - in the event of non-payment within 7 working days from this date, the order will be automatically canceled.
- online payments are made via electronic transfer "Przelewy24"
- online payment using a payment card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic
b). The SzpanFishing store reserves the right to change the payment method of the order being processed.
e). In the event of a refund for a transaction paid with a payment card, the refund is made to the card's account.
The shipping cost also includes the cost of preparing the goods and packing them.
Shipping costs appear at the checkout / basket after logging in and apply to the total amount of goods purchased.
a). Delivery is carried out via:
- courier company DPD or InPost parcel lockers - delivery time from 2 to 7 working days
According to our statistics, the average order fulfillment period is 4 days in Poland and up to 7 business days in Europe or in accordance with the date specified in the product description + carrier's time. Of course, we will do our best to make the shipping time as short as possible.
b). Orders placed with the option of payment: prepayment to the account are packed after the money is credited to the indicated bank account.
c). In exceptional cases, the date of delivery of the goods may be extended, the customer will be informed about such a situation.
d). The carrier is responsible for any damage during transport or loss of shipment.
e). Please do not collect parcels damaged during transport.
After collecting the package, which from the outside did not show any signs of damage without reservations, the customer is obliged to prove that the goods have been damaged in transport (pursuant to Art. 76 item 4 of the Transport Law).
f). When choosing the payment method, prepayment to the account, SzpanFishing store reserves the right to change the company delivering the order without charging the customer with additional costs.
a). The SzpanFishing store is 100% responsible for the delivery of fully-fledged goods. In the event of a defect in the purchased product, please contact us immediately to agree on the further procedure.
The defective product will be replaced with a full-fledged product, and in the event of its absence, the cash will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the customer.
b). The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and hidden defects of the purchased goods resulting from the intended use.
Damage resulting from the fault of the user (including mechanical damage, self-repair, use contrary to the intended use) will not constitute grounds for accepting the complaint.
c). The warranty covers only products purchased in our store.
d). The store is responsible for the goods not in accordance with the contract.
Principles of the complaint procedure
a). What to do if you want to advertise the purchased product:
- Attach your proof of purchase
- Attach a note with a description of the damage (it's worth presenting the problem with your own words)
- Send the goods courier at your own expense (we do not collect cash on delivery packages) to the following address:

- We send the goods to the manufacturer, and after receiving the advertised equipment from the guarantor, we send you back at our expense, and if the complaint is accepted, the customer will be returned the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for additional costs incurred by him.
* In the absence of a proof of purchase, it may be impossible to effectively make a complaint about the goods.
It does not apply to a situation in which the customer advertises the goods referring to the warranty.
b). We do not accept packages with complaints sent at our expense !!!
c). The store will respond to the buyer's requests within 14 days of receiving the request.

Withdrawal from a distance contract
a). Each customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22  of the Civil Code and the user of the SzpanFishing online store is entitled - under the law - to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of goods, without giving any reason, within the time limit described below.
The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following address:

The right to withdraw is granted to the consumer within a deadline of 14 days, which begins on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is met if, before its expiry, the consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address given above.
The goods should be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. Regular management is understood as such familiarization with the goods as would be possible in a traditional store.

- please return the original receipt / invoice, which is required by the Tax Office to refund the previously paid VAT.
Reimbursement of benefits:
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have testified is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 14 days. The entrepreneur may withhold the reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until he receives the items back.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. Pursuant to Art. 34 point 2 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
